Hong Kong Local Delivery 

Please kindly note that all delivery fees quoted here are for reference only and are subject to change depending on the actual circumstances.

Pick Up Service The item(s) can be picked up in EMOH's showroom in our opening hour. 

Call Service We offer a Free Call Van Service. Customer simply picks up the item(s) in our showroom and call a van for delivery. For the actual cost, please discuss it with the Van Service provider personally.

Door to Door Service Door-to-door service is available at a designated delivery fee depending on the delivery location.

Premium Installation Service Installation service may be provided upon request with additional charges. The Gold Service includes dismantling of packaging, assembly of products and removal of all trash. 

Please refer to the respective product webpage for actual fees required for the installation service.

All delivery services are restricted to the following conditions:

  • In case you are not home at the point of delivery, a HKD 300 fee will be charged to reschedule.
  • Walk-up surcharge per item shall apply for delivery locations with staircase entrance only or item(s) not transportable using the lift at your residential building because of its size. The walk-up fee varies according to the size of the delivered item and the number of stairs required walking-up:

*Class B. Medium-size items (e.g. 1-seater, coffee tables, lounge chairs, dining tables less than 160cm)
*Class C. Small items (e.g. chairs, stools, lamps)

International Shipping Service

International shipping service is available for flat packed items. For cost estimation, please click here. We do delivery to Macau or China for most of the brands. (Assembly service is excluded for all international shipping.) 



Return Policy

We provide a guarantee return on any damaged or faulty item(s) for exchange within 7 days.

Goods Return Procedures

1. Inform our customer service within 7 calendar days after the date of receiving the item(s) by sending e-mail to to explain with supporting photos showing all the damages discovered. We will normally reply within 3-5 business days.

2. Return both (i) the original receipt AND (ii) the unused item(s) in its original package to EMOH’s Showroom to avoid further mistakes as soon as possible. The customer shall be fully responsible for any return shipping and customs fees incurred. 

3. The exchange for new item(s) normally takes about 10-20 business days. 

All return orders are restricted to the following conditions:

  • Returned items can only be exchanged with items of the same colour and product model in accordance with the original order.
  • Deviation of color is not a valid reason for the guarantee return. 
  • if the items are delivered to your door and after quick inspection you would like our delivery crew to return your items to our warehouse immediately, a 200-300HKD return fee will be incurred on most items.
  • All delivery and shipment fees are NONREFUNDABLE.

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the item(s) while they are in your possession, and if you fail to do so we shall reserve the right to make a claim against you for compensation. We therefore recommend you to wrap your returned item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to EMOH's showroom.

EMOH does not carry any warranty or guarantee on any of its products after the 7 day return and exchange period whether the fault of the customer or the manufacturer.

Please be aware that there is always a risk that the security of your information submitted online may be unlawfully compromised by third-party interception. This risk applies to all transmissions of data over the Internet. Thus, EMOH DESIGN cannot warrant the security of the method in which you decide to transmit information to us. We value your privacy and we will not share any of your personal information with any other third party.
